Pantry Support
- Stock, organize, and maintain pantry areas throughout the day
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating products
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and overall pantry standards
- Support ordering, light inventory tracking, and invoice-related tasks as needed
- Provide coverage for reception lunch breaks, call-outs, and vacations
- Greet guests, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner
- Manage visitor check-in procedures and notify hosts of guest arrivals
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with general front desk needs
- Help maintain conference room readiness, including setup and reset coordination
