The Lead Cook will oversee the preparation and presentation of a variety of menu items in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment. Responsibilities include supervising food preparation, ensuring quality and consistency, maintaining food safety standards, and coordinating with team members to support daily kitchen operations. The Lead Cook will also assist with menu development and inventory management. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bryan, TX.
- Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation

- Experience with inventory management and ingredient sourcing
