• Lead and inspire all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and banquets
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to create innovative, seasonal menus and elevated dining experiences
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and revenue growth
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams with a focus on service excellence
• Ensure luxury-level service standards are consistently delivered across all outlets
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive promotions, events, and brand visibility
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

• 5 years of senior Food & Beverage leadership experience in a luxury hotel or upscale environment
• Proven track record of driving revenue and operational excellence
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-outlet operations
• Passion for hospitality, innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
