Chartwells K12 is searching for an inspiring Director of Dining Services to oversee an exciting school nutrition program serving 3,000 students across 6 schools in beautiful Humboldt County, Nevada.

What You’ll Do
🌟 Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing dining team
🌟 Drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
🌟 Ensure compliance with NSLP guidelines, safety, and sanitation standards
🌟 Manage budgets, control costs, and deliver outstanding results
🌟 Build strong relationships with school partners, families, and staff
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Associate Degree required (Food Service Management, Culinary, Hospitality, or Nutrition preferred)
📊 5 years of foodservice management experience
🍳 Experience with high-volume food production and catering
💼 P&L or contract-managed services experience preferred
💬 Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills
