You’ll work alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide nutrition care including assessments, care planning, and resident education
• Follow established clinical guidelines (training provided)
• Support regulatory compliance with leadership guidance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)
• Eligible for NY licensure
