Compass Group Insurance is looking for an energetic, tech savy, and motivated individual to join our team! We are a national insurance agency headquartered here in Fernandina Beach, FL. Our insurance agents serve all 50 states. We are hiring one Medicare Agent Marketer in our Fernandina Beach office. This is a full time, long term position with room to grow in the ever changing and increasingly technically driven Insurance Industry. Our mission is to train and support ever agent that serves the senior market with the utmost respect and professionalism, never ceasing to deliver above the expectation!
Duties include but are not limited to:
Phone answering and promptly return calls
Manage multiple lines of communication
Answering emails promptly
Marketing material creation
Email and automated phone recruiting
Social media recruiting
Engaging with agents
Training groups in person and/or virtually
Cross train for other positions
Qualifications:
A pleasant phone voice and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
Self motivated and eager to grow
Goal oriented but flexible and adaptable
Ability to quickly learn new software programs is vital
Problem solving and analytical skills
Experience would be nice but not required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF
Social Media familiarity is a plus
This position will require occasional business travel
