Role Description
This is an hourly, full-time hybrid role for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), based in Santa Clarita, CA, with flexibility for some work-from-home responsibilities. The SLP will evaluate and treat children with communication and language disorders, create individualized therapy plans, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support treatment goals. Responsibilities include implementing therapy interventions, addressing speech challenges, and documenting progress accurately.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy practices and techniques
- Ability to assess and work with a variety of Communication and Language Disorders
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Experience in Early Start preferred
