Love the smell of fresh linens and a room that sparkles like sunshine on the ocean? We're looking for a dependable, detail-loving Room Attendant to help us keep paradise looking its best at Compass by Margaritaville Hotel Flagler Beach.
Our guests come here to escape the everyday—and you’ll play a huge part in creating that laid-back island experience from the moment they open their room door.
What You'll Do:
- Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards
- Make beds, refresh linens, and restock amenities
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms
- Report maintenance concerns and lost-and-found items
- Ensure every room is guest-ready, welcoming, and sparkling clean
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Assist with public area cleaning as needed
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pride in a job well done
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but we'll happily train the right person
