What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitality.
• Check guests in and out efficiently while delivering exceptional service.
• Answer phones, emails, and guest questions with confidence and professionalism.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests.
• Recommend local attractions, restaurants, and hotel amenities.
• Resolve guest concerns with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure every stay is smooth from check-in to check-out.
• Help keep our front desk organized, clean, and ready for the next adventure.

What We're Looking For:

• A naturally friendly, outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (hotel experience is a plus!).
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• A team player who enjoys helping both guests and coworkers.
