General Overview:
Compass is looking for compassionate, creative, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians/Therapists (BT) with the goal of transforming the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum and with developmental delays. Responsibilities Include:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in their home, community, and school setting.
- Deliver fun, engaging, play-based therapy sessions.
- Implement skill-based programs to increase communication, self-help, social skills, and play skills.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and our dynamic team of clinicians and educational professionals.
- Work in partnership with supervising BCBAs to analyze data, implement therapy, and modify therapy.
- Collect and analyze electronic data to monitor and inform treatment.

Education and Experience:
- High-school diploma or equivalent - Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- RBT Credential preferred or the desire to obtain Registered Behavior Technician credential (training and competency provided).
- Previous experience with children and/or adolescents, personal and/or professional experience with autism, the field of ABA, or any adjacent field.
- Must have valid ID and reliable transportation.
Schedule:
We have both part-time and full-time positions available. The schedule is typically weekdays, but weekends can be scheduled if preferred. Schedule is very flexible.
Locations:
Lower-Cape, Mid-Cape, and Upper-Cape, Wareham area, and Plymouth/Kingston area clients available.
Compensation:
$24.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on education and experience. We value what makes you unique!
