GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Compass Behavioral Health Garden City Medical Services office is looking for an LPN with clinic and phlebotomy experience. We are a busy outpatient mental health clinic. The right individual will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication, telephone, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
Staff member shall possess demonstrated interpersonal skills, ability to work with the mentally ill, ability to respond effectively in a wide variety of human service situations. Must have a current valid driver’s license.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is exposed to a typical office environment and interaction with many different persons. In addition, the employee travels by automobile and is exposed to changing weather conditions. Must have a valid Driver’s License and be insurable under the Agency’s policy in order to operate a Center vehicle. The employee will interact with many different persons in varying stages of recovery from their mental illness.
