Your Role as an MST clinician

As an MST clinician, you’ll work with youth and families to identify challenges and implement sustainable change strategies at home and in the community. You’ll:

• Provide therapy using the MST model — with a focus on family systems, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and behavior change
• Engage caregivers, schools, community supports, and legal systems in treatment
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in weekly case planning and professional development
• Provide 24/7 crisis support
• A chance to make a real impact by helping youth aged 11–17 overcome serious behavioral challenges

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Driver’s license with 1 years of driving experience.
• Previous work providing in-home or community-based therapy services.
• Experience in implementation of interventions within or between systems in the youth’s natural ecology (I.e., family, peer, school and neighborhood).
