Position
We are currently seeking a dedicated RBT Manager for our Lakeland clinic. This is a vital leadership role within our organization, supporting our clinical team while also providing direct RBT services to clients. This is a full-time, salaried position that offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment. The RBT Manager will play a key role in maintaining quality of care, supporting staff development, and ensuring effective day-to-day clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism
- Support clinic operations, including scheduling coverage and cancellations
- Work closely with the BCBA Director to maintain clinical supplies
- Assist with RBT training, staff training, and materials preparation
- Support clinic marketing and administrative tasks
- Assist with staff hiring, interviews, and onboarding
- Participate in clinical meetings and audits
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required with a minimum 1 year of experience
- Self-starter, great communication
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Must pass a background check
- BLS or CPR ( but we can provide training as well)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
