Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Brentwood, TN, for an Insurance Agent. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling a variety of insurance products to meet client needs, providing high-quality customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include consulting clients on financial and insurance solutions, managing policy renewals, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Understanding of Finance and financial products relevant to the insurance industry
- Exceptional Customer Service and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- State insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain licensing upon hiring)
- Experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous
