Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Help customers identify and secure the best electricity rate for their home.
• Listen actively to customers’ concerns and recommend the products that best fit their needs.
• Apply effective closing techniques to overcome objections and finalize sales.
• Explore and experiment with new, non-traditional ways to connect with customers, remaining open to feedback.
• Willing to work various shifts including evenings and Saturdays.
• Bring excitement and interest in learning about the industries we service and all the related information required to be successful.
• Offer additional products through our concierge service such as internet and home security plans.

Requirements

• 1 year of Call Center experience strongly preferred
• 2 years of inside sales or related experience preferred
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• 1 year of energy experience a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A desire to understand customer needs and frustrations
• Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrated ability in computer skills, including email, CRM system & Web-based tools
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about our products and services

Schedule (may be subject to change):

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Every Saturday/Rotating Saturdays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
