Duties

- Utilize Microsoft Office software such as Excel to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
- Negotiate terms with clients in B2B (business-to-business) sales scenarios to close deals that benefit both parties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and expanding the company’s reach through proactive engagement.
- Enter orders into QuickBooks and answer product questions for customer's looking for information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with Microsoft software such as Excel or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Strong technical aptitude related to technology products or services; ability to learn technical details quickly.
- Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities is highly desirable.
