POSITION SUMMARY
- Analyze operational metrics, workflow efficiencies, radiologist productivity, and staffing utilization to identify opportunities for improvement; provide data-driven insights to enhance engagement and efficiency.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators, including turnaround times, case volumes, quality assurance metrics, and regulatory compliance measures.
- Develop, manage, and optimize staffing schedules while balancing provider credentials, geography, client needs, and requests; support payroll accuracy and contract compliance.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership on practice performance, staffing trends, and operational outcomes; maintain accurate physician records and required documentation.
- Assist practice leadership with credentialing, accreditation, compliance programs, strategic initiatives, special projects, and business development efforts.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting complex healthcare data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; familiarity with healthcare IT systems (PACS, RIS, Qgenda) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in practice management or healthcare operations.
- Education in healthcare administration, business, or data analytics (associate’s degree or higher) with 2 years of relevant professional experience; radiology experience preferred.

COMPENSATION
The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
