ARA is seeking a highly motivated CT Technologist to join our growing team!
** $5,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS for external applicants.;** This position may be eligible for a $2,000.00 relocation assistance bonus.
Summary: Performs computerized tomography to demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention at the request of a licensed practitioner.
Desired Professional Skills and Experience
- Performs IV insertion as needed following proper guidelines as established by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
- Performs and maintains daily check-ups and quality control on CT scanners as required by credentialing organizations.
- Graduate of recognized, approved AMA council of Education program in radiological technology.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Certification as Medical Radiological Technologist (MRT) by the Texas Medical Board.
- CT registry through the ARRT will be required within six months of hire date.
- Requires current CPR and AED certification.
