What You'll Do:
As part of a small team, you will have a big impact. Opportunity to join a high-growth startup, woman-led technology company. As a highly-visible team member, you will play a crucial role in assisting the CEO to scale the business and become the predominant asset on day – to – day operational functions. You will own all aspects of the administrative responsibilities, manage internal projects, handle budgets, and work alongside the CEO. In short, you’ll wear many hats!
What You Bring:
Administration
- 5 years of administrative experience at the C-Suite level (small company experience preferred)
- Schedule meetings and maintain all elements of a “24/7” calendar, including scheduling of various internal and external meetings with customers, employees to include the handling of all meeting logistics. This includes preparedness for upcoming meetings.
- Maintain a regular open line of communication (via email, text/SMS, telephone, face-to-face conversations) internally and externally with the executive to jointly manage calendaring, meetings and all other priorities.
- Variety other roles such as working with executives on managing task lists, travel expenses, customer quoting/invoicing/payments, assistance with HR tasks and policies and ISO certification.
- Assist with building and updating PowerPoint presentations
- Assist with grant submissions
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Proactive planning, being prepared for upcoming meetings/critical deliverables, proactively ensuring pre-read material is reviewed in advance of meetings
- Expertise with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and QuickBooks (preferred)
- 2 years of Project Management experience
- Manage timelines and budgets
