- Be able to pack bags, operate punch press, observe rolls for splices and changes, and apply inspection stamp to all cartons of product.
- Sustain productivity and quality standards.
- Follow all OSHA requirements and standards.
- Package all products according to customer specifications and company's production standards.
- Responsible for startup and shut down of production line.
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace.
- Other line duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts. 650 a.m. to 700 p.m. for day shift and 650 p.m to 700 a.m. for night shift.
- Essential reading and writing skills required.
- Minimum one year of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Must be able to stand 12 hours during a shift.
