In this role, you’ll work closely with our Director of Corporate Development on strategic projects that tackle real manufacturing challenges, while collaborating with quality, manufacturing, and logistics teams to drive meaningful, sustainable impact across our operations.
Our 10-12 week on-site paid internship provides hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world project experience. Responsibilities
- Support data analysis projects by gathering, organizing, and interpreting business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist with organic growth evaluations, including business case development, financial justification, and supporting analysis for new initiatives.
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to assess market conditions, customer needs, competitive activity, and industry trends.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Support projects related to AI integration by researching tools, identifying use cases, and assisting with implementation planning where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support project execution.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 2 years of study completed.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data and drawing practical conclusions from analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business tools.
- Interest in business strategy, market research, and process improvement.
- Interest in emerging technology and AI applications in a business setting is preferred.
