Small business home care agency looking for a mature, responsible, punctual individual. MUST HAVE CONSISTENT WORK HISTORY.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/some college/Associates degree
- Must be able to multitask
- Customer service experience (1-2 yrs)
- Time management and Interpersonal skills
Duties:
Administrative tasks -
- answer client/employee calls in a professional manner
- maintain client/employee schedules
- general office duties (filing, organizing, inputting data into the computer)
- must hold strong attention to detail!
HR tasks -
- gather employee documents for personnel file
- keep track of employee medical records
- perform background and referral checks for potential employees to fill cases
Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fri from 1 pm - 5 pm
AFTER PROBATIONARY PERIOD SCHEDULE WILL CHANGE TO 8:30 am-5 pm Mon to Fri
