About This Role:Join our team as a Part Time Client Care Supervisor and lead our front desk operations to create exceptional experiences for our clients and their pets! In this key leadership position, you'll ensure each client visit is handled with genuine concern, efficiency, and warmth.
You'll mentor and manage our Client Care Representatives while also stepping in to provide direct client service when needed. Your leadership will help shape our clients' experiences from the moment they contact our practice, setting the standard for exceptional veterinary customer service.
