We are seeking an experienced MRO Section Manager to support and oversee MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) procurement activities within a fast-paced operational environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of MRO materials, spare parts, consumables, and maintenance-related services to support daily business operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong procurement knowledge, supplier management experience, negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure stable supply and operational efficiency.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute and support MRO procurement processes, including RFQ preparation, quotation collection, price comparison, negotiation, purchase order issuance, delivery follow-up, and related procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure stable and timely supply of MRO materials, spare parts, consumables, tools, equipment, and maintenance-related services.
  • Monitor supplier delivery schedules and follow up on delayed shipments, shortages, and procurement-related issues to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Support initiatives to streamline procurement workflows, reduce lead times, improve cost efficiency, and enhance internal customer experience.
  • Assist in supplier management activities, including supplier evaluation, performance tracking, supplier data maintenance, and issue follow-up.
  • Maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure quotation responsiveness, reliable delivery performance, service quality, and continuous supply support.
  • Collaborate with internal users, warehouse, finance, maintenance, and related stakeholders to support daily procurement operations.
  • Support cost control efforts through supplier negotiations, pricing analysis, and procurement planning.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Prepare procurement reports, purchasing records, and related documentation for management review.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Over 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in MRO procurement, indirect materials, spare parts, consumables, or maintenance-related services.
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier coordination.
  • Proven skills in RFQ handling, price comparison, negotiation, delivery follow-up, problem-solving, cost control, and service orientation.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with internal users, suppliers, warehouse, finance, and related stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP procurement systems is preferred.

Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
