Compal is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of a growing electronics manufacturing organization. This position is responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and operational functions that ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company’s expanding U.S. presence.
The Administrative Specialist also supports employee experience and organizational readiness by assisting with new employee onboarding, managing internal communications, and ensuring adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. This role is essential in maintaining an organized, compliant, and productive work environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily office and plant facility services (cleaning, security, landscaping, pantry, meeting room setup).
- Handle administrative operations including mailroom services, visitor reception, and access card management.
- Execute procurement of office supplies, consumables, and general services; maintain inventory and cost control.
- Coordinate office equipment and furniture maintenance, repair, and replacement.
- Manage external vendors and contracts; monitor service quality and delivery performance.
- Support employee services, including dormitory, shuttle/transportation, and parking management (if applicable).
- Provide logistics support for company events, training, meetings, and VIP/visitor arrangements.
- Assist EHS/Facility teams to ensure workplace safety compliance within GA scope.
- Perform ad hoc administrative or facility support tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years administrative or general affairs experience; manufacturing site preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organization skills.
- Vendor management experience and basic contract handling capability.
- Proficient in MS Office and administrative systems.
