About the Role
We’re looking for a Facilities Technician to support a high-tech manufacturing facility producing advanced AI server platforms. This hands-on role is critical to maintaining facility systems and production utilities that keep manufacturing running safely and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems including electrical, HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, and building infrastructure
- Support 24/7 manufacturing operations by responding to facility-related issues impacting production
- Troubleshoot utility and infrastructure issues affecting manufacturing lines and equipment
- Support equipment installs, moves, and line expansions in partnership with Manufacturing and Engineering teams
- Coordinate contractors and service providers for inspections, repairs, and upgrades
- Maintain PM schedules, work orders, and documentation using CMMS
- Support EHS programs and comply with OSHA and safety requirements
- Participate in on-call and off-shift support as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or trade certification preferred
- 3 years of facilities or maintenance experience in a manufacturing, electronics, or ODM/EMS environment
- Hands-on experience with electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems, and building utilities
- Strong troubleshooting skills in production-critical environments
- Familiarity with CMMS, LOTO, and preventive maintenance practices
