Job Description

This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Responsibilities
- Providing internal resourcing consultancy service to hiring managers, including the provision of advice on all recruitment issues
- Managing the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Compact Health Services mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Analyzing and implementing process improvements
- 2 years of recruiting experience
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
- MS Office knowledge-including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
