- Lead the preparation and presentation of traditional Mexican dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate served
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to foster a cohesive and high-performing team
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
- Oversee food safety standards and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate menu planning and development to keep offerings fresh, innovative, and aligned with customer preferences
- Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy hours while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless food service and guest satisfaction

- Proven culinary experience in Mexican cuisine with 5 years and a strong background in food preparation and presentation
- Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
- Supervising experience in a busy restaurant or catering environment with team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and dietary accommodations
- Experience in food production, inventory management, and cost control within a restaurant setting
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills and the capacity to motivate staff
- Familiarity with family friendly restaurant environments is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in banquet service or catering is a plus
- Strong understanding of kitchen management, food handling, and hospitality standards
