Job Description
Comoto is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst III to join our JD Edwards (JDE) team. This role is ideal for someone with deep functional knowledge of JDE E1 and a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. You’ll be a key partner in optimizing, supporting, and expanding our ERP capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, and IT.
Our Next ERP Analyst III Will:
- Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and support of JDE EnterpriseOne modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Finance, AP/AR, or Logistics).
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
- Own and manage enhancements and projects through their full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in partnership with JDE developers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support business process improvements and training initiatives.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures and maintaining system documentation.
- Collaborate with the team on upgrades, patches, and integrations with external systems and platforms.
Qualifications
Our Next ERP Analyst III Has:
- 5 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1), preferably in a multi-brand or multi-location environment.
- Strong expertise in at least two JDE modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Financials, Manufacturing).
- Experience writing or managing JDE functional specs, test scripts, and training documentation.
- Proven track record in leading ERP enhancement projects or process improvement initiatives.
- Solid understanding of ERP workflows, data structures, and integration points.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Orchestrator and User Defined Objects (UDOs)
- Familiarity with low-code platforms or integration tools
- Experience supporting JDE in a retail or distribution environment
