We're looking for a motivated Account Management Representative to join our team, helping clients achieve operational excellence while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for an assigned list of ComOps customers, primarily focusing on Medallia Go clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including managed services, training programs, and platform add-ons
- Conduct regular account reviews, performance updates, and success planning with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales and ops) to deliver tailored solutions
- Track account health, usage patterns, and sentiment using CRM tools and Medallia data
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, opportunities, and renewal timelines
Skills, Qualifications, & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B customer service
- Experience working with hospitality and/or CX platforms
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with high attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus
- Knowledge of Medallia or similar CX platforms is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Learning is critical at ComOps, so is teaching others.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Teams, PowerPoint and Word.
Travel: Expected to be under 5% of schedule
