The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Healthcare Recruiter works under the direction of the Senior Director of Talent Development to lead full-cycle recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles within the organization. This role partners closely with clinical leadership to develop recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill and mission-critical positions and supports onboarding, credentialing coordination, and workforce planning initiatives across CommWell Health.

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  • Develop and manage candidate pipelines using professional networks, referral sources, associations, residency programs, and national healthcare job boards.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in the UKG Applicant Tracking System.
  • Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with Talent Development, Credentialing, and Leadership teams to support new hire onboarding and credentialing workflows.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes.

 

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum 3-5 years recruitment or related Human Resources experience. 
  • Batchelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant recruitment experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • HS Diploma/GED

Preferred:

  • Minimum 3 years healthcare recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting clinical roles such as physicians, dentists, or advanced practice providers.

  • Familiarity with HRSA, FQHC and Joint Commission environments.

  • SPHR/ PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
