What You’ll Do

• Assist in supervising dental staff, administering the dental department, and representing it in meetings when needed.
• Maintain an active state dental license and ensure compliance with state and federal dental regulations.
• Provide diagnostic, treatment, and in-service training while maintaining accurate patient records.
• Precept dental students, participate in continuing education, and represent the health center in professional and community settings.
• Engage in Patient Centered Health Home case reviews and multidisciplinary collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Graduate of Accredited Dental School
• BLS Certificate from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• Current/Valid North Carolina Dental License
• Valid NC Driver’s License.

Preferred:

• One (1) year experience
• Experience with underserved or rural populations
• Familiarity with team-based care or PCMH/PCHH models
