What You’ll Do
- Oversee dental front office operations, patient registration accuracy, insurance verification, and proper coding/data entry.
- Supervise, train, evaluate, and support front desk and ancillary staff while ensuring ongoing policy and billing education.
- Collaborate with billing staff to monitor accounts receivable, resolve denied claims, and manage patient statements.
- Coordinate KINSHIP Program scheduling, support mobile dental operations, and maintain required travel/maintenance logs.
- Provide excellent customer service, perform front desk/clinical support tasks, and participate in organizational meetings as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• High School or GED
• Minimum of two (2) years experiences working with dental office practice.
• Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding, third party billing, collections.
• BLS Certificate from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Clean driving record with current NC driver’s license and approved by corporate vehicle insurance vendor for driving privileges
Preferred:
• Prior office medical or dental office management
• Associates Degree in Business or Medical Office Terminology training, dental assistance training or certification or other related dental training
