If you’re focused, organized, and eager to learn fast, we’d love to meet you!Key ResponsibilitiesChairside Excellence: Prepare rooms, assist during procedures, take digital X-rays/impressions, sterilize instruments, and uphold OSHA/CDC standards.Patient Experience & Education: Greet warmly, set expectations, explain procedures, and answer questions with empathy to build trust.Case Acceptance & Closing: Support the dentist and front desk to present next steps, address objections, and encourage patients to start/complete treatment.Treatment & Scheduling Support: Review treatment plans, help coordinate follow-ups, support financial conversations, and guide patients to book.Workflow & Organization: Maintain a spotless, well-stocked operatory; document accurately in the PMS; stay on time and on task.Growth Mindset: Learn fast, take feedback, and cross-train across front and back office as needed.
