Summary
Work with MSR valuation partners (Situs and Prestwick) to establish MSR grids for use in pricing both Whole Loan and co-issue (flow MSR) executions. Establish and maintain a co-issue tiered pricing structure. Harvest and analyze the LSEG Advanced Mortgage Analytics data to determine target sellers. Create MSR and Co-issue reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities
Work with MSR valuation partners (Situs and Prestwick) to establish MSR grids for use in pricing both Whole Loan and co-issue (flow MSR) executions. Establish and maintain a co-issue tiered pricing structure. Harvest and analyze the LSEG Advanced Mortgage Analytics data to determine target sellers. Create MSR and Co-issue reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Own MSR valuations – working with MSR valuations firms to establish competitive MSRs/SRPs
- Administer the SMP, CIX, CRX, PIIT and co-issue direct pricing grids in corresponding GSE systems.
- Manage the customer price tiering within the various co-issue executions
- Create co-issue reporting
- Mine the LSEG AMA data
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to analyze complex issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
- Understanding of mortgage pricing, product eligibility, and investor guidelines..
- Keenly aware of timing to fulfill required deadlines.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet software
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
