Therapist/Nurturing Families Facilitator Job Responsibilities:
Basic Function: Delivery of direct services to clients; occasional necessary indirect services such as case management.
- Responsible for providing direct therapy services in person or via telehealth platform.
- Responsible for facilitating Nurturing Families group, individual, or family sessions in person or via telehealth platform.
- Responsible for preparing assessments, case notes, and any other written reports as necessary; documenting all client services
- Responsible for attending all mandatory in-services and staff meetings.
- Responsible for responding to day time crisis calls -rotating on call.
- Responsible for referring / linking clients to ancillary services.
Required Experience:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral or social science (social welfare, sociology, psychology, counseling and guidance, social work, etc.).
- Minimum of one year counseling/therapy experience.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communcation skills, verbal and written, in English.
- Must have valid driver's license and insurance.
- Must be able to pass DCFS background check.
Salary : $45,000 - $57,000
