Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Wholesale Account Executive, based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, with opportunities for remote work. The Wholesale Account Executive will cultivate and manage relationships with community business partners, assist clients in understanding wholesale lending products, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include growing and maintaining a book of business, driving sales initiatives, supporting underwriting processes, and ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Wholesale Lending, Underwriting, and a deep understanding of wholesale processes
- Proven Sales skills, with the ability to develop and grow accounts
- Strong Customer Service abilities, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Previous experience in a similar role within the mortgage or financial services industry is highly desired
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work as needed
