Overview
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Assists in general maintenance of facilities as assigned
2. Assists in grounds keeping duties as assigned
3. Assist in janitorial/housekeeping duties as assigned
4. Responsible for other miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
1. Education: No education requirements
2. Experience in maintenance preferred
3. Ability to understand instructions, follow up and complete assignments with minimal supervision
Fair Labor Standards Act: Non-Exempt
Reporting Relationship:
Reports to the Regional Director or Maintenance Coordinator
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
