Community Care Hospice, a division of Community Visiting Nurse Association, is currently seeking an experienced, caring, full or part-time Hospice RN to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team. Our service area includes Somerset County and portions of Middlesex County.
Qualifications:
- A strong sense of empathy and compassion
- Expertise in pain and symptom management
- Ability to assess individual client and family needs, provide direct care and patient teaching
- Experience in Holistic approach to end-of-life care
- Effective communication skills
- Able to provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families

Pay: $80, $90,000.00 per year
