JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· May answer a large call volume and then assist the user and/or transfer the call to an appropriate party.
· May perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing.
· May perform input to certain computer and FIS systems.
· May perform certain functions needed to distribute customer information for internet banking customers, ATM/Debit Card customers, loan customers etc.
· May review new or updated deposit account information.
· Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
· Position normally requires a high school diploma or GED plus such practical knowledge and skills as would be learned on the job and through training.
· Up to one year of experience is typically required to demonstrate proficiency in assigned tasks.
· PC skills and keyboarding ability.
· Proficient oral and written communication skills.
· Proficient organizational skills.
· Refers questionable matters to management.
WORKING CONDITIONS
· Works in a call center atmosphere. Environment may be noisy.
· Works under close supervision until proficiency in carrying out assigned responsibilities is demonstrated.
