RELATIONSHIP MANAGER II

SUMMARY:

To provide quality support/administration and relationship building for assigned accounts in accordance with governing documents, regulations and company policies. Typically, the Relationship Manager II works with more complex and/or larger clients than a Relationship Manager I.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise all aspects of account activity in accordance with stated requirements while building/strengthening the company relationship with the client
• Coordinate with investment team to provide quality investment solutions to all account types
• Maintain high standards of service to clients as well as to attorneys, accountants, and inter-company employees
• Solicit new and additional business and support Business Development Officers
• Develop continuous and open channels of communication with all support areas
• Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE

• Four year college degree (BA,BS, BBA) or equivalent plus 4- 8 years of experience
• Possess knowledge of the industry, laws and regulations governing the establishment and administration of institutional and ERISA relationships
• Possess a working knowledge of securities and investments

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Normal office conditions

• Travel required
