What are the responsibilities and job description for the RELATIONSHIP MANAGER II position at COMMUNITY TRUST AND INVESTMENT COMPANY?
SUMMARY:
To provide quality support/administration and relationship building for assigned accounts in accordance with governing documents, regulations and company policies. Typically, the Relationship Manager II works with more complex and/or larger clients than a Relationship Manager I.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise all aspects of account activity in accordance with stated requirements while building/strengthening the company relationship with the client
- Coordinate with investment team to provide quality investment solutions to all account types
- Maintain high standards of service to clients as well as to attorneys, accountants, and inter-company employees
- Solicit new and additional business and support Business Development Officers
- Develop continuous and open channels of communication with all support areas
- Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
- Four year college degree (BA,BS, BBA) or equivalent plus 4- 8 years of experience
- Possess knowledge of the industry, laws and regulations governing the establishment and administration of institutional and ERISA relationships
- Possess a working knowledge of securities and investments
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Normal office conditions
- Travel required
