What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loss Prevention Associate position at COMMUNITY THRIFT STORE?
We are currently seeking a part time security position for our thrift store. Job mainly consists of standing by front entrance of locations and greeting customers coming into the store and exiting the store. Paying attention to detail is a must and ability to stand on your feet all day is part of the job. Must have the ability to stay calm in all situations and ability to deescalate situations. You will deal with many people and different situations. Having customers follow the rules is part of the job and approaching people that are shoplifting and getting our merchandise back is number one priority as well as safety.
