What Youll Do
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards that power real-time decision making.
- Connect data across departments Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations.
- Spot trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities before anyone else sees them.
- Help automate and improve reporting processes across the firm.
- Present insights that actually change how the business operates.
What You Bring
- 24 years of experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and similar analytics tools.
- A curious, entrepreneurial mindset you ask why, not just what.
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to non-technical teams.
