Our growth has created an opportunity for an outgoing, career minded individual for the role of Investigations Advocate to assist our attorneys and practitioners providing world class service to our clients. Enjoy a variety of duties, including verification of documents, entering critical data and communicating with our attorneys and practitioners and other team members.
We will fully train an eager quick learner, good with people, with strong attention to detail. Our environment is fast paced and you will be working with a great team. Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is as PLUS, but not required.
As a part-time position, this can also be a great opportunity for College Students, Actors and Musicians, household second income earners, or anyone looking for stable and long term part time work with the ability to work from home as hybrid / remote and a schedule that works for you.
We will train an eager quick learner, good with numbers, great with people, with strong attention to detail. After a week of training we will set you up to work from home. We may also cross-train you to assist as file clerk in our mailroom operations learning to ensure efficiency of communications with tax authorities and clients alike.
You should have 2 years previous office experience and be tech savvy with office systems including Microsoft Office and great communications skills. A college education is preferred with an Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus.
