About the Role
Community Talent Partners is seeking an Endur Software Developer V on behalf of one of our energy sector partners. This is an onsite opportunity based in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Endur professional with deep technical proficiency in Java development and Oracle database integration.
This role requires at least 10 years of Endur experience—no equivalents or substitutions will be accepted. The selected candidate will lead the design, development, and technical strategy for enterprise software solutions, providing architectural direction and mentorship to project teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of complex software solutions.
- Set the technical direction for enterprise-level software projects.
- Drive architectural design to ensure alignment with organizational and technology goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine technology strategy.
- Mentor and coach software developers and technical leaders to build internal expertise.
- Ensure adherence to quality, security, and operational standards across all solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of hands-on experience with Endur (mandatory) — no equivalents accepted.
- Extensive experience developing with Java and interfacing with Oracle databases.
- Proven track record leading complex software development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture, and scalability.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and guiding technical teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project documentation tools.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience working within large-scale system design and deployment environments.
- Familiarity with NoSQL database systems and hybrid architecture solutions.
