What are the responsibilities and job description for the DIRECT SERVICE PROFESSIONAL position at Community Support Systems?
Do you LOVE working with people? Do you want a job that makes a difference in other people’s lives? *We are hiring caregivers, called Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), to be part of our residential team!
DSPs are responsible for assisting individuals to live happy, healthy lives. Duties include taking people out in the community, providing personal care, and normal home-care activities. Wages begin at $18.55 an hour and include holiday pay, paid time off, 401k, AND a great group of co-workers and residents.
Shifts are evenings, overnights, and weekends. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a good driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.
