What are the responsibilities and job description for the Universal Banker - White Birch position at Community State Bank?
Community State Bank is looking for a Universal Banker to join our team! This position is responsible for providing customers with information about the Bank's products and services, opening customer accounts and processing transactions as it relates to those accounts. Individuals in this position must thoroughly understand all the Bank's products and services to determine which best meet the customer's financial needs. In addition, this position will process customer transactions in efficient, accurate manner, following established policies and procedures of the Bank. Uphold the positive image of the Bank by providing the best possible customer service in a responsible and professional manner.
Ideal candidates will have a high school degree or equivalent with post high school education in a related field (business, university, technical, AIB, etc.) required. At least one year of experience in the financial institution industry. This job requires extended periods of standing. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. cash handling experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to provide top-notch customer service are required.
Universal Bankers will be scheduled between 7:45am-5:15pm Monday-Thursday, 7:45am-5:45 pm Friday and some Saturdays from 8:30am-12:15pm.
