What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bank Manager position at Community State Bank?
Community State Bank is looking for a branch manager to join our team. This position leads and oversees all aspects of operations within the White Birch branch, including the responsibility and supervision of the Retail staff. Critical to the success of this role, the Retail Team, and CSB, is an in depth and thorough understanding of all Bank products, services, and resources to determine how to best meet client needs. In addition, the Bank Manager will inspire collaborative partnerships and open communication that support our "relationship driven" focus. The Bank Manager will be responsible for providing relevant, reliable, and timely service and information to all clients according to regulatory and compliance protocols and best practices in a consistent manner while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related area preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three to five years of leadership and banking experience is highly desired, or associate degree and in-depth working knowledge and proven experience in various banking roles plus demonstrating professional history of continual improvement and lifelong learning. Other professional experience that would be considered attractive might include Hospitality Management, Big Box Retail Management, Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management value are also strong considerations.
