What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Bank Manager - Johnston position at Community State Bank?
The Assistant Bank Manager assists in overseeing all aspects of operations within the branch including supervision of Tellers. The Assistant Bank Manager will manage and provide direction to assure accurate and courteous service is provided for customers or potential customers of the Bank. Individuals in this position must thoroughly understand all the Bank's products and services to determine which best meet the customer's financial needs. Supervisory duties will include direct management of all lobby and drive-up operations, which ensure a customer focused, sales and service environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or other related area preferred.
Experience: A minimum of two years retail bank and management experience preferred or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
This position requires S.A.F.E. registration at the time of employment. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) web site (mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.
This position will be scheduled between 7:45am-5:15pm Monday-Thursday, 7:45am-5:45pm Friday and some Saturdays from 8:30am-12:15pm.
