As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for assisting in the processing of ag and commercial loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist loan officers with the preparation of loan documents, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Conduct thorough reviews and maintenance of loan files.
- Analyze financial data using basic math and computer software to ensure loan-to-value ratios.
- Maintain accurate records of loan processing and communicate with borrowers and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the loan servicing team to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan lifecycle.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing borrower inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the agricultural or commercial industry, preferably as a loan processor.
